Product Presentation at Formnext 2017 – Stand 3.1-A32

With its product lines LUVOSINT® and LUVOCOM® 3F, the LEHVOSS Group is presenting innovative and customized plastics for 3D printing. These products have been adapted to the most common production processes, such as powder fusion and fused filament fabrication (FFF). Alongside already established materials, which are being used in series applications, new developments in the fields of high-temperature and reinforced materials are also being premiered. Examples include easy-to-print PAEK materials free of warpage with optimized z strength. Support for the development of materials and customer components comes from the new 3D pilot printing plant.

Also being presented is a new safety concept for robotics, which has been made possible by LUVOSINT TPU. Airskin is a development by Blue Danube Robotics and permits safer man-machine interaction. This process involves (individually) enveloping the robot with a sensitive, printed TPU skin. It currently represents the safest system of its kind. Producer of the parts is company Bernstein Innovation from Linz, Austria.
